— University of New Mexico police are investigating allegations that a fraternity member filmed himself engaging in sexual acts with a number of women, including a 15-year-old girl.

According to a search warrant affidavit filed in state District Court on Monday, a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity showed a friend a video in which he engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old. The friend told police he saw another video in which the fraternity member engaged in a sexual act with an apparently unconscious woman.

During a search of the fraternity Friday, detectives seized the fraternity member's cell phone and computer, a number of CDs and videotapes as well as several condom wrappers, according to the affidavit.

UNM Police Lt. Pat Davis said he expected the fraternity member to be arrested this evening.

Randy Boeglin, dean of students at UNM, predicted school officials will decide by 5 p.m. Wednesday what action, if any, should be taken against the fraternity.
