Police found three intoxicated teenage girls, including one getting a homemade tattoo, inside a Southeast Albuquerque apartment, according to court documents.
Police also found numerous beer bottles, marijuana pipes and several open bottles of tequila in the Zuni Road apartment, a Metro Court criminal complaint states.
Gabriella Perez, 23, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to the complaint, three girls ages 16, 16 and 15 were intoxicated in the apartment. One of the 16-year-olds was getting a homemade tattoo when police arrived in response to a report of four men beating up a woman, the complaint states.
Police found two men fighting outside.
