The Albuquerque Police Department today released an artist's rendering of "a person of interest" in the death of a couple found in their Northeast Heights home Tuesday.
The man, police said, was seen about a block away earlier in the week exhibiting "extremely unusual behavior," police Chief Ray Schultz said.
Schultz said that the man, who is white and believed to be in his early 20s, had approached a home earlier in the week and asked a homeowner if he could enter the home.
Police are hoping community tips will provide the man's identity.
