I have a bone to pick with Barbara Walters.

For the 15th year in a row, she has failed to name me in her one-hour special "The 10 Most Fascinating People" (9 p.m., KOAT-Channel 7).

The people of America want to hear about me, Barbara.

Please, do better next year.

Her other, clearly less engaging choices are Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and soccer player husband David Beckham; former President Clinton; MySpace media moguls Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe; radio personality Don Imus; Emmy-winner Katherine Heigl; Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson; pop singer Justin Timberlake; plus a mystery person.

"Grey's Anatomy" starlet Heigl is fascinating? I'd rather see an interview with the nice lady who waxes my eyebrows.

The show is Imus' first interview since being fired in April, and he fully discusses his reactions since his moronic comments about the Rutgers women's basketball team.

Bring on the ignorance.

"30 Rock" (7:30 p.m., KOB-Channel 4) is not "must-see TV" for me.

If I happen to land on it during an "Ugly Betty" and "Survivor" break, though, I am usually amused — just not enough to rearrange my carefully plotted TV viewing schedule.

I did catch the "cougars" story line on the last episode, and it was hilarious.

Liz (Tina Fey) trying to be cool for her younger beau was priceless, especially her lame attempts at current lingo, "gellin' like Magellan" being the absolute worst.

Ouch.

Tonight, C.C. (Edie Falco) wants to go public with her relationship with Jack (Alec Baldwin), but he's not ready to come out of the closet just yet.

After all, he's a die-hard Republican, and she's a bleeding-heart liberal from Vermont, of all places.

These two are practically Romeo and Juliet with obstacles like that.

Meanwhile, Liz continues to appease both Tracy (Tracy Morgan) and Jenna (Jane Krakowski).

To pacify Tracy, Liz fakes a satellite transmission to accept an award from the Pacific Rim Emmys, and it infuriates Jenna, who gets divalike on Liz by being late to rehearsals and hiring two personal assistants.

Liz then has to quell Jenna's inadequacy issues by pulling a few tricks to make her feel special, too.

You're good enough, smart enough, and, gosh darn it, Jenna, people like you.
