How do we love thee?
Bringing back our annual poetry contest is how.
Now in its eighth installment, Poetry in the Paper is our favorite time of year in La Vida. It's just unfortunate we can't print all the poems we get; only the winning poems will be published in The Tribune on April 13.
You probably know the drill by now, but here it is again:
New Mexico residents of any age may enter.
Up to three poems allowed per contestant.
No more than 30 lines per poem.
Submissions must include entrant's name, address, phone number and, if available, e-mail address.
List the above information on the back of each poem; the front side should only include the poem.
No entries via e-mail.
Poems will not be returned.
Entries must be postmarked by March 23 to be considered.
