Engagement
Danielle Nicole Cleary and Jason Patrick Caprioli will marry Dec. 22.
She is the daughter of Richard and Claire Cleary Jr. of Albuquerque.
He is the son of Patrick and Karen Caprioli.
The couple met during a spring break trip in 2006 to New Orleans as part of the University of New Mexico's Campus Crusade for Christ. The group was in New Orleans to help with relief efforts.
The couple's brother and sister, who are in the military, will be able to attend the wedding as part of their holiday leave.
Wedding
Kelsey Anne Lewis and David Paul Chiotti were married Aug. 4 at Central United Methodist Church.
The bride, who is completing her degree in medical laboratory sciences at the University of New Mexico, is the daughter of Donald and Jan Lewis of Albuquerque.
The groom, who is a professional basketball player in Leiden, Netherlands, is the son of Gary and Madeline Chiotti of San Jose, Calif.
The matron of honor was Kendra Hensley, sister of the bride.
The best man was Fabriano Angelo, cousin of the groom.
The couple will make their home in Leiden.
Anniversary
Chuck and Claire Fenolio celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Sept. 10.
They were married at Immaculate Conception Church in Albuquerque.
The couple were honored with a dinner party with family and friends.
The couple have six children and 17 grandchildren.
Chuck served in World War II and was stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base. He is a retired owner of Fenolio Electric and plant superintendent at Albuquerque Academy.
Claire, a native of Albuquerque, graduated from St. Mary's School. Besides raising six children, she worked as a dental nurse at Sandia Base.
