The State Fair is open 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It opens today and runs through Sept. 23 at Expo New Mexico, 300 San Pedro Blvd. N.E.

Entrance fee: $7 for adults, $4 for kids 12 and under; $5 for seniors over 60.

Saturday night

Randy Travis with Jo Dee Messina, Tingley Coliseum, 8 p.m.

Sunday

Hunter/Jumper Horse Show, Don Chalmers Horse Arena, 8 a.m.

Domestic Car & Truck show, Avenue of the Governors, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Market Goats, Dairy Barn, 4 p.m.

Steve Holly, Free concert at the Ford Stage, 7 p.m.

Every day

Fruit and Vegetable Display, Agriculture Building, 10 a.m.

Rio Grande Woodcarvers, Creative Arts Building, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

McDonald's Farm, children's farm by Manuel Lujan Building, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Cirque Equinox, European circus, Monday through Thursday at noon, 2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday at 10:30 a.m., and 1, 3 and 5:30 p.m.

Come Play with the NBA, Interactive fun zone, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Great American Duck Race, Monday through Thursday, 1, 3, 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday, 11:30 a.m. and 1:30, 4, 6 p.m.

The Pirates of the Sky, a high-wire act, Monday through Thursday at 1:30, 4, 6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday at noon, 2, 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
