Anniversaries

Hughes

Herb and Nancy Hughes will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 28.

The Albuquerque couple were married in Signal Mountain, Tenn.

They have two children, Katherine and Bryn, and three grandchildren, Ryan, Hannah and Emelia.

Herb retired from Bernalillo County and Nancy is a retired Albuquerque Public Schools special education teacher.

The couple will celebrate their milestone with a trip to England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

Vosburgh

Paul and Jane Vosburgh celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 6.

The Albuquerque couple were married at Ivyland Presbyterian Church in Pennsylvania.

The couple have two daughters, Susan and Kay. Their daughters and son-in-law accompanied them on an SUV trip through New Mexico and Colorado.

Paul works as a business development consultant and Jane is a an active volunteer and student.

The couple met in 1954 on a blind date.
