LONDON Amy Winehouse's successful performance at the Grammys shows the troubled singer is on the road to recovery, her mother said today.
Winehouse's spirited appearance via satellite is an indication she is overcoming the personal demons that have threatened to overshadow her music career, Janis Winehouse said.
Sunday was the 24-year-old's first public performance since being released from a London rehab clinic for substance-abuse therapy.
