— Gov. Bill Richardson is inviting people to talk with him about bills passed by the Legislature.

Richardson is reviewing nearly 100 bills from the 30-day legislative session that ended Thursday, including a capital outlay package and a bill that would commandeer much of the proceeds from Albuquerque's red-light camera program.

Richardson's office says he will grant five-minute meetings from 2-5 p.m. Thursday to "everyday New Mexicans" on a first-come, first-served basis.
