CLOVIS A jury deliberated for about 30 minutes before finding a 40-year-old man guilty of 19 counts of sex crimes against children.
Arnold Armenta was convicted Tuesday of 18 counts of second-degree criminal sexual contact of a minor under the age of 13 and one count of first-degree criminal sexual penetration of a child under the age of 13.
District Attorney Matt Chandler says Armenta faces nearly 200 years in prison.
Armenta previously served prison time for criminal sexual penetration of a minor. He was released in December 2005.
