Tonight is the last new episode of "Grey's Anatomy" (8 p.m., KOAT-Channel 7) for the foreseeable future, and I wouldn't miss it for all the tea in China.

When we left off many, many weeks ago, Bailey's (Chandra Wilson) marriage was coming apart because her hubby was tired of coming in second to surgery.

Tonight, her marital woes continue but with the added bonus of a medical crisis in her family.

Oh, well. If it means more screen time for the best actor on the show, then I say bring on the pain.

Meanwhile, a surprise visit from George's (T.R. Knight) mama comes as a shock to both of the ladies in his life — Izzie (Katherine Heigl) and Callie (Sara Ramirez).

I smell a smackdown coming for Izzie the homewrecker.

Then a faith healer challenges Dr. Hahn's (Brooke Smith) and Alex's (Justin Chambers) beliefs in Western medicine.

In the story line I'm beginning to care less and less about, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) must deal with the aftermath of his kiss with Rose (Lauren Stamile).

I'm no longer on pins and needles praying that he and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) will work out, so I hope he and Rose will be very happy together.

Boo, hiss.

On a new "My Name is Earl" (7 p.m., KOB-Channel 4), our hero (Jason Lee) is having a difficult time adjusting to life out of prison.

He's continuing to hold a grudge with karma. With no job, no home and no money, Earl decides that his good deeds are not getting him anywhere, so he reverts to his old bad ways.

Earl's path to trouble starts when he sees that his old pal Ralph (Giovani Ribisi) is living the good life after conning an elderly woman.

Randy (Ethan Suplee) is not so pleased with Earl's changed lifestyle, so he turns to Joy (Jaime Pressly) and the gang to partake in an intervention on Christmas morning.

As Randy's plans to convince Earl to go straight continue, karma comes calling for Earl in the form of Billie (Alyssa Milano) and a speeding car.

Ouch.
