The Colorado 14ers snapped a five-game skid with a 98-81 win over the Albuquerque Thunderbirds in the second of four games today at the fourth annual D-League Showcase at Qwest Arena in Boise, Idaho.
The 14ers were led Tuesday by forward Kaniel Dickens who finished with 25 points, and center Elton Brown added 19 point and 18 rebounds.
Thunderbirds guard Alando Tucker, on assignment from the Phoenix Suns, scored a game-high 26 points for Albuquerque. He also had eight rebounds.
Albuquerque will face the Tulsa 66ers today in Boise.
