Peter Rice is a city desk reporter. Peter Rice joined the Tribune city desk in August. He hails from Olympia, Wash. by way of Colorado, where he studied political science at Colorado College, and Oregon, where he continued to study political science as a city hall and environment reporter for the Curry Coastal Pilot in Brookings (population: 6,000). In his spare time, Peter enjoys reading, cracking hilarious jokes, and basking in the sun.
